Kemp ISD will delay the start of school 2 hours on Monday, January 11. Classes will start at 10:00 a.m. with buses running on a two-hour delay. Kemp ISD will continue to monitor the weather conditions, so, please check our website for updates.
In order to provide the best educational opportunity for our students to succeed, we have determined all students will return for in-person learning on or before Thursday, November 12, 2020. We recommend any students who are currently failing return to campus immediately in order to receive the needed support to improve their academic standing.

Kemp ISD has had several recent positive COVID-19 cases with large numbers of close contacts and as a result, we have chosen to close our campus buildings Thursday, October 15th through Sunday, October 18th for deep cleaning and sanitization of our facilities. School will re-open on Monday, October 19th at regular time.
