Background:  I was raised in Kemp and both my parents were educators in the Kemp School District. I received my Bachelors of Science from East Texas State University in 1991.  I taught 11 years in Mabank then came to Kemp in 2002.  Both my daughters graduated from Kemp High School. My oldest daughter is now teaching at the Kemp Primary.
