KISD Vaccine Clinics

Kemp ISD will host three vaccine clinics for the 2023/2024 school year.

Our vaccine clinics are provided by Passport Health Services and are overseen by the KISD Nursing Department. Please review the information below to register your student for a clinic.

This clinic is being offered as a community service event and should not replace a yearly visit to your child’s pediatrician. Our goal is to provide vaccines to as many children as possible, but staffing is limited and no children will be seen past the end time for the event. In order to help us keep the wait time as short as possible and ensure the needed amount of supplies are available, please register your child by clicking the link below and bring the attached form filled out to the event.
